Pips specializes in caring for dogs with elevated medical and special needs; however we embrace inclusivity and welcomes all dogs in the rescue. These dogs are the ones often overlook and in most danger at the shelter. Pips dreams of a world where imperfection is perfection, ensuring that every dog receives the love and care they deserve. This vision relies on the community support through fosters, adopted, volunteer and donors.
